Personal Training & Nutrition Packages
For added nutritional support we can include a meal plan.
We always start with the consultation. Getting to know your habits and lifestyle. Together we choose where to start. We look to phase in changes, starting with breakfast and build from there. Our goal is to build momentum; once breakfast is consistent we add habits and meals from there.
Your meal plan will consist of meals for breakfast. And grow to include lunch and then dinner. Of course we can start with any meal or habit depending on you.
We focus on quality wholefoods prioritizing protein and vegetable with moderate amounts of healthy carbs which we put in meals around training and when you are more active generally and use plate size to measure quantity.
